This page will walk through the process of how to review a proposal.

Once potential grantees start submitting proposals to the grants you have created on Questbook you will need to review them. This process can be done by either the admin(s) directly or through the assignment of reviewers.

Admin Review

If you want to review proposals as an admin you will first head over to “Stats” tab on the left side of the screen. Once the view loads you should see all of the proposals that have been submitted at the bottom of the dashboard with a “Review” button next to each of them that are pending. Click on the one that you would like to review.

(Remember, if you want to assign other reviewers you can visit the Profile: Members page for instructions on how to do this.)

Quick Review

Once you are on the review page it should look like the screen below. There are a couple different ways you can review and take decision on the proposals. We’ll first take a look at a quick review:

  1. You can quickly take a decision on the proposal by clicking on the “Accept proposals” “Ask for Resubmission” or “Reject proposals” by hovering under the “Score” as shown below.
  2. Once you select one of these options you will receive a pop up that will ask you to confirm your action as shown below.
