This page will describe how you can setup an evaluation rubric for your grant.

First, you’ll want to head over to the grants that you have posted. Select the one that you would like to create an evaluation rubric for and click on “View Proposals”

Once you are on the proposals page you should see an option in the middle of the page that says “Setup rubrics to evaluate proposals”. Click on the “Setup rubrics” hyperlink. You will need to have atleast one reviewer added in order to create an evaluation rubric. Follow these steps to add reviewers.

From here a pane should appear on the right side of the page as shown below. You can add multiple criterion to the proposal. Once you have added the criteria you would like, you can click on “Pick Reviewers” on the top right.

From here select the reviewers that you would like to auto - assign. For information on how to add reviewers you can go to Profile: Members for more information. Once done click on “Save Review Process” at the bottom of the screen.

Once this is done you can click on “Okay”

From here you will see that for proposals that are under review you can hover over the “Review” column and see what reviewers have been auto - assigned and if they have reviewed or not yet. Any new proposals submitted for this grant will have the selected reviewers auto - assigned to them.
